WHAT IS INVOLVED?

Our BOOTCAMP classes are designed using a blend of strength and cardio fitness, to push you to a new level in a fun and safe environment. The classes vary each week focusing on different themes providing you with a new challenge and ensuring you progress each week with your fitness. Whether you are a beginner trying to learn the basics, you want to improve your current fitness or you preparing to compete in an event, our sessions are tailored to your ability level. Why not join the fun?

WHY LEARN WITH US?

We are level 3 Personal Trainer and level 4 Strength and Conditioning qualified coaches with a wealth of experience in coaching exercise. You will learn from coaches that have a variety of experiences in the sports and fitness industry, that are always seeking to develop their own skills regularly. We also practice what we preach, taking part in these competitions and incorporating this into our own training so we know exactly what our members are experiencing. We care about each and every one of our members and we want you to get the best lifting experience possible.

WHEN DOES IT RUN?
Every Monday 7.30-8.30pm.

CAN ANYONE JOIN?

Absolutely. Our classes are suitable for all ability levels.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

£5 per session.

Maximum 20 people per class.

CONSIDERING DOING HYROX?

A few of our members have gone on to compete at various HYROX events after having been on our programme or through our BOOTCAMP classes. If you are looking to push yourself to the next level and compete, then we can support you towards getting race ready. We use all the equipment that you will need to master for race day and ensure you are training at the right intensity to smash the event.

WHAT IS HYROX?

HYROX is the up and coming fitness event which combines running and functional workout stations. Events are held regularly where individuals of all ability levels can push themselves to the next level. Each race is hosted indoors in expansive exhibition halls, creating an immersive and electrifying race, where your spectators can support you from the very beginning to the very end. The race format remains consistent across the globe, enabling global leaderboards & a cumulative World Championships at the end of each race season. Accommodating both professional athletes, and everyday fitness enthusiasts looking to take their training to the next level, HYROX is the sport for everybody. 

 

There are 8 different stations each with a 1km run between them. You can enter individually or with a partner in the doubles or mixed doubles. The exercises run in the following order:
